At OSHE84, we believe your products should arrive with the same care and quality that went into creating them. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from the United States to ensure your experience feels premium from checkout to delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During major launches, collegiate drops, promotions, holiday periods, or high-volume release events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We may periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders or during special launch events.
Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout or during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment updates.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment notification.
Preorders & Limited Release Items
Certain OSHE84 products, including Collegiate Editions, seasonal launches, and limited production releases, may occasionally be offered as preorder items.
By placing a preorder, you are reserving inventory from a limited release before shipment begins.
Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be clearly communicated on the applicable product page, checkout page, or launch announcement at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- Orders containing preorder items may not ship immediately.
- Orders that include both preorder and in-stock items may ship together once preorder inventory becomes available.
- Shipment timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, licensing approvals, packaging availability, weather events, or carrier delays.
- Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.
Due to the limited nature of many OSHE84 releases, certain products may not be restocked after launch inventory sells out.
International Shipping
OSHE84 may offer international shipping to select countries in the future.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT fees, or import charges required by their country.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
OSHE84 is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

While we will do our best to assist, OSHE84 is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
